UCISS Dear Members,
UCISS the Executive Committee proposes the following program of activities for 2009/2010:
1. Constitution of the Study Group "ACADEMY OF SOCIAL SERVICES" which will explore the theme "Social Service and Christian identity" to organize related events open to the entire scientific and professional community. Initiatives to develop: a.
Courses on "Social Service and Christian identity";
b. Refresher Course on "Madeleine Delbrêl"
c. Courses on models of specific relevance to the Social Service UCISS;
d. Dating integrated into academic programs of technical professionals on ethical issues / ethics;
e. Propose topics for students attending the Master of Science in Social Work to develop a thesis.
First meeting of the Study Group "ACADEMY OF SOCIAL SERVICES" set for 09/01/2010: location and time to be organized according to participants.
2. Constitution of the Working Group on Promotion UCISS "aims at: a.
Plan, organize and implement meetings between members and interested persons UCISS all'UCISS to present the association and to collect their bodies to be developed within the study group "Academy of Service Social;
b. Publicize the UCISS through articles, interviews, etc ...
c. Organize various initiatives to promote the association;
d. Creation of a News Letters, to be circulated via e-mail to members UCISS, containing: • New
dall'UCISS;
• Spiritual Reflections;
• technical reading suggestions related to social services and / or spiritual reading.
3. Organization of the Congress already approved by the General Council: "THE UN MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS: A Challenge for the Social Services" concurrently with the General Assembly UCISS: date and venue to be determined (certainly after half of 2010).
We invite you to renew your subscription all'UCISS and take part in some group presented above contribute to the development of our goals.
